From Königswinter you drive along the Rhine on the B42 and across the Rhine bridge to Bonn city centre in about 15 minutes. Without a car, light rail line 66 connects Königswinter directly with Bonn city centre. For parking, the car parks at the Markt and on Friedensstraße are convenient.
Königswinter lies at the foot of the Siebengebirge with the famous Drachenfels – a popular destination high above the Rhine.
